Why I’m Writing My First Book:TURNAROUND
Hello Reader, If you’ve been following my coaching or consulting work, you know I’m passionate about turning struggling businesses around. After helping owners across half a dozen industries, I realized something: there’s a critical gap in resources for small businesses that are in trouble. The last book to really tackle this was E-Myth, published way back in 1986!
“In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity.” – Sun Tzu I’m writing this book because too many entrepreneurs lose confidence when their businesses slide into the red. They question whether they’re cut out for entrepreneurship at all. But from my experience, there is a path forward—you just need a tactical plan that helps you identify the problems, monitor change, and make smarter decisions. That’s exactly what this book will cover. A Common-Sense ApproachI believe in common sense and action-based insights over academic jargon. My acronym, TURNAROUND, breaks down the steps needed to fix a struggling operation. It’s the framework I’ve used with my clients and in my own role as a fractional executive. Now, I want to share it far and wide. Why Now?Frankly, nobody seems to be addressing small-business turnarounds in a direct, accessible way. Medium and large enterprises have specialized consultants, but smaller shops deserve practical strategies that can be implemented today. My goal is to meet entrepreneurs where they are—in the thick of real-world challenges—and show them a way out. Join Me On This JourneyIf you’ve ever felt stuck or wondered how you’d rescue your business when times get tough, I want this book to be your playbook. We’ll talk everything from cash flow management to leadership mindset and scaling back up once stability returns. Curious to learn more? Just hit “Reply” and let me know. I’d love to hear if you’re interested in reading the book once it’s ready—or if there’s a burning question you’d like me to address. Let's Do This, |
